What are the space requirements for s a session? For an optimal sound bath experience, a quiet and spacious area is best. The space should be free from clutter, allowing enough room for participants to lie down or sit comfortably. Ideally, the area should be at least 6x6 feet for a one-on-one session, with additional space for group sessions. A peaceful environment with minimal outside noise enhances the healing experience.

How far in advance should I book my session? It's best to book your session at least one to two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, availability may vary, so last-minute bookings might be possible. For group or custom events, booking at least a month in advance is recommended to allow ample time for planning and preparation.

Do you travel to clients' location? Absolutely! I happily serve multiple cities in the DFW area. If you're a little farther out, I can still come to you for a small travel fee. Check the map above to see where I travel !

How should I prepare my space? Choose a Quiet Space – Select a peaceful area free from distractions, loud noises, or interruptions. Clear the Area – Remove clutter and make enough room for comfortable seating or lying down. Set the Temperature – Ensure the space is warm and comfortable. Minimize Disruptions – Silence phones, turn off electronics, and let others in the space know to avoid interruptions. Prepare Comfort Items – Have yoga mats, blankets, cushions, or eye masks ready for a more relaxing experience.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy? Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If notice is given within the required timeframe, you may reschedule for a later date. Cancellations made outside this window will result in a forfeited session. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy.

Are sound baths indoor or outdoor? Sound baths can be held both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor sound baths are available exclusively at Trinity Park in Fort Worth, offering a unique experience where you can connect with nature while enjoying the healing vibrations. Indoor sessions are also available, providing a comfortable, controlled environment for deep relaxation.
